I (Zalza) run this website and am responsible for the data processed here. The purpose of this site is to showcase my music, share news, and provide a platform where you can stream my tracks directly in your browser.

Interactions (Likes & Plays)
When you “like” a track or play music, this interaction is stored in my database (Firebase). I do not collect any personal information during this process. I only see aggregate statistics (e.g., “Track X has 100 likes”), which helps me understand which music my visitors enjoy.
Google Analytics
If you give your consent, I use Google Analytics to see how the site is used (e.g., number of unique visitors and popular pages). This helps me improve the site and make it more accessible. Your IP address is anonymized as much as possible.
Security (reCAPTCHA v3)
To protect the site from spam and abuse (such as bots inflating “like” counts or submitting fake inquiries), I use Google reCAPTCHA v3 in the background. This service analyzes traffic patterns to ensure you are a human. It is used on the inquiry form and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
I use cookies and your browser's local storage to ensure the site functions correctly:
Consent Management
I store your preference regarding cookies in your browser so you don't have to answer the prompt every time you visit.
Unique Token
If you accept cookies, a randomized, anonymous “token” is stored in your local storage. This is used solely to prevent duplicate likes during a session and to distinguish unique visitors in my statistics. This token cannot be linked to you as a person.
4. Your Rights and Choices
You have full control over your data. If you have accepted cookies but changed your mind, or if you simply want to reset your settings, you can do so at any time.
Once clicked, your local storage will be cleared, Google Analytics will be deactivated, and the cookie consent prompt will reappear upon the next page load.
5. Data Security and Third Parties
I never sell your data to third parties. The services I use (Google Analytics, Firebase, and reCAPTCHA) are managed by Google, and I have taken steps to minimize the amount of data shared with them.
